Police Report
INCIDENT
Lindsey McWilliams, Osceola, reported a theft on July 31. A debit card, social security card and driver’s license were stolen.
Dorothy Danner,Osceola, reported a burglary on July 31. Danner told police she was sitting at a picnic table at Osceola Estates and when she returned to her apartment she noticed prescription pills missing from her purse.
Josue Mendez, Osceola, reported a theft on August 2. A red push mower was allegedly stolen from in front of Clarke Community School, 122 W. Jefferson St.
Anthony Winship, Osceola, reported harassment on August 3.
Minnie Harper, Osceola, reported a burglary on August 6. Allegedly 21 prescription pills, a pack of cigarettes and $50 was taken from a residence.
Jessica Bishop, Osceola, reported criminal mischief on August 5. Allegedly a vehicle was damaged.
Rodney Lemke, Osceola, reported a burglary on August 8. Reportedly, someone entered his residence without permission.

Jesus Rivera, Osceola, was charged with interference, criminal mischief and harassment on July 29.
Jesus Hernandez, Osceola, was charged with interference with official acts on July 29.
Adam Farley, Osceola, was charged with interference with official acts on August 3.
Donna Money, Osceola, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct on August 3.
Michael Jones, Osceola, was charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts on August 3.
Rusty Throckmorton, Osceola, was charged with disorderly conduct. on August 3.
Daniel Gorsline, Woodburn, was charged with disorderly conduct on August 3.
Travis Johnson, Woodburn, was charged with an OWI on August 4.
Keysto Kelly, Waukee, was charged with burglary, third degree criminal mischief and fourth degree theft on August 4.
Tabatha Lear, Weldon, was charged with public intoxication on August 5.
Antoinette Cunningham, Creston, was charged with public intoxication on August 5.
Jesse McDole, Creston, was charged with public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia on August 5.
Charles White, Mount Ayr, was charged with carrying weapons on August 5.
Erin Bello, Osceola, was charged with child neglect on August 5.
Rusty Throckmorton, Osceola, was charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol underage on August 5.
Clinton Caraway, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred on August 9.
ACCIDENT
An accident occured on Ayers Street on August 3 when Tabatha Lear backed her vehicle up over a curb onto the Osceola Estates Lawn and hit and elevated cement walkway at a high rate of speed causing the vehicle to roll over onto its top.
Lear had her two children in the vehicle during the accident and friends rolled the car back over on its wheels prior to law enforcement arriving. Clarke County Sheriff’s office investigated the accident, while Osceola Police Department dealt with the criminal charges.
Lear appeared not to be hurt, but showed signs of being intoxicated. Lear and her children were examined by paramedics on the scene. Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) was contacted and the children were released to Lear’s friend who babysits the children.
